Responsibilities:

• To organize and optimize the information retrieval system (Real Estate market)
• To prepare quarterly sectoral surveys and regular info notes for clients and mass media
• To manage projects in information services on RE market
• To take part in RE Valuation projects (comparative approach)

Requirements:

• More then 2 years experience in Real Estate Market analysis
• Experience in using prediction techniques and mathematical statistics in RE market monitoring
• Fluent English
• Experience of cooperation with Mass Media is a plus
